My name is Beverly Langlois.  I was born, raised, and still live in Rhode Island.  I have a wonderful life partner, Craig, who is the love of my life and is very supportive of me and my endeavors.  I have 3 grown children: Steven, Andrew and Melanie. 

In May 2006, I decided to start my own gift business.  I joined a company in which I paid them an annual fee for the privilege of selling their products and making them money!  While it was probably not the best route to take; I don't regret it for a second!  It is because of this that I met someone who put me in contact with this business. 

After I joined the wholesale company, I contacted a friend that I had met through forums that were set up for that wholesale company.  Since she had been working the Internet for a while, she was a great assist to me since I was just starting and wasn't really sure what approach to take in setting up a website and marketing it.  She helped me design a website and load it with all the products I would be selling.  She also advised me of great marketing tools that she had come across.  Her advice was a big help and I wouldn't be here today, since I had little time to do all the research on my own since I was working. 

In August, she told me about a great company that she had been in contact with and that it would be a great addition to all of the gift products that I was selling. 

When I joined, I wasn't really sure if I wanted to build the business.  I love candles and I just wanted the products. After all, I already had a business. I didn't need another one.  But before long, I realized that the business I had wasn't working!  The Internet was so saturated with the exact same products that I was simply another drop of sand on an very large beach! 

I saw the response to the candles and decided that this is the direction that I really needed to take my business.  I have recently closed the gift site and have decided to focus on my candle business alone.   I am totally devoted to this business and I look forward to the day when I can "fire my boss" for good.   Please take the time to browse this site by choosing a page from the drop down menu from the top to take you where you'd like to go!
